More party favors for bridal showers include personalized items like chocolate bars and mints. The tea infusers are nice for women that enjoy the art of tea. The party favors that are personalized are fun to give and not quite as personal as tea infusers.

There are many Asian themed parties that are being thrown these days. Good party favors for Asian themed parties include custom fortune cookies and double happiness chopsticks. If the Asian themed event is an elegant wedding, the party favors should also reflect this and be something like silver fortune cookie keepsake boxes or porcelain cherry blossom dishes.

Beach parties and weddings can have a more whimsical feel to their party favors. Starfish tea light candles are a popular item to receive as party favors, as are a bag or shells or designer cookies. Couples that plan to marry on the beach are usually a lot of fun and the party favors they come up with are usually very creative.

Excellent party favors to give out for a Valentine’s Day party or wedding are edible, like custom designer cookies. Other party favors are ordinary items like bookmarks, but in a heart shape to remind a guest of the event. There are a lot of romantic party favors to choose from for this theme.

My son had a party for his varsity soccer team at our house at the conclusion of last season. I gave party favors to the boys that came and my son was mortified. I do not regret handing out those porcelain soccer ball keepsake boxes and as a matter of fact, I have received lovely thank you notes from almost all of the recipients.

When politics fail, call in the police
Guardian Unlimited | World Latest | EU Mulls Immigration, Asylum Rules"Mulls" is the operative term. While there are some concrete proposals on the table, including a European Union border police and a commitment of the Gallileo satellites (available in 2006) to track immigration flows, there does not seem to be sufficient momentum to opt for great innovations in European immigration or asylum policies. Perhaps because the EU interior ministers are actually meeting in Italy, the news coverage
