Summer Fancy Food Show Trade Show Exhibits
The trade show exhibits at the NASFT 52nd Summer Fancy Food Show in New York were very creative and memorable. The first category that I explored was the Wine & Spirits. Labatte was my favorite. They sell oil, wine, pate and fruit preserves.
Trade show exhibits give you an opportunity to see the creativity and enthusiasm of prospective vendors. There was one exhibit that I was particularly taken with that was from a company called IL Beneduce. All they sell are the typical liqueurs, but their flair when it came to trade show exhibits caught my eye.
I have been looking for plum brandy and juniper brandy for a long time. I was excited to see the Stara Sokolova trade show exhibits for these spirits. I collected their contact information and will definitely call them for an order.
The trade show exhibits for chocolate wine and liqueur sauces that Anette’s Chocolate Factory had out were positively inspired. I picked up information from them and made a special notation in my notebook about their offerings.
I was interested in focusing on alcoholic offerings as well as jam and preserves while I strolled around the Summer Fancy Food Show. The trade show exhibits for celery hot sauce and tamarind hot sauce that were out for Caribbean Specialty Foods did not exactly appeal to me.
After seeing the trade show exhibits for All Things Sicilian, I am definitely won over. I will be order their blood orange jam for use in my kitchen.
It was marvelous.
The Tortuga Rum Cake Company always has several trade show exhibits. I have already been a customer of theirs for some time, but the rum cake is so awesome that I make a point to stroll by their booth and eat a sample.
I was very interested in the marmalades that I found at one of the trade show exhibits. Eden Grove did a lovely job presenting all of their products and I think that I will have to give them great consideration when I am deciding what to buy.
I had to revise my list of wanted items after visiting the trade show exhibits for Stonewall Kitchen. They had the best tasting mustards and relishes that I’ve ever encountered. I was not as bowled over by their jams, but their mustard and relish alone will make me a longtime customer.
