Blockbuster’s online video rental program costs $17.99 per month for having three DVDs out at a time.

In addition to online video rental, signing up for the online DVD rental program entitles subscribers to four free in-store movie rentals. Just print the free e-coupons and bring them to your nearest participating Blockbuster location to redeem your coupons for free movie rentals.

The blockbuster online video rental program is similar to that of Netflix in that users simply login and add movies to the rental queue. As movies are returned the next movie in your queue is sent out. You can rent an unlimited amount of movies using the online Blockbuster video rental program, but will only receive up to three at any given time.

Currently, the online Blockbuster video rental program does not include the rental of video games. For video game rentals you will have to visit a local Blockbuster video store. There are several other online rental programs that offer video game rental.

Since many offline Blockbuster customers access their records through the Blockbuster website, and have a different email address associated with their online Blockbuster video rental account, it is important that you don’t confuse the two if you try to cancel your membership with one program or send feedback to the customer service department.
