Available Communication Software

There is a lot of communication software available for download on the internet. You are able to find a download for just about every need if you just look. It is advisable to only download from reputable sites and only programs that other users have rated as great.

I wanted to stop missing calls while I was on the internet. I found some communication software for computer caller ID so that I can see who is calling me while I’m online. I hate to disconnect to find out that I didn’t want to take the call anyway.

I had a friend that was looking for some answering machine communication software so that she could have voice mail. She found some communication software that lets her block unwanted calls and screen out telemarketers. She had some difficulties installing it, but it works now.

While I was looking for more communication software I found a tool that lets me connect my laptop to my cell phone as a modem. I thought that was pretty cool. I downloaded it and have had no problems whatsoever getting it to work.

My brother found some new

tool for high secured real time communication when he was looking for communication software. He downloaded it and it works like a messenger or chat tool. I thought it was funny that he needed another forum to chat in.

I use Skype and I found some great communication software called SkypeAttendant that is a virtual attendant to answer my calls. My callers have to state the name of the person that they are calling and then they are transferred to them. I think that when someone encounters my SkypeAttendant, they think that my company is larger than it actually is.

My nephew loved the communication software that he downloaded for his web cam. He found something that was a complete video streaming communication software that enables live chat in free and pay-per-minute modes. I’m not sure what he plans to do with this communication software, but he has it downloaded and installed.

My assistant recently found communication software to download that enables her to send SMS to mobile phones worldwide from her computer. She can even receive SMS sent to her mobile on her computer. Now she can chat with her friends using her computer and mobile phone.

I could only find one kind of communication software that my dad was interested in. He wanted a program that ran on his computer and used his voice modem to record both incoming and outgoing calls. The communication software that he downloaded captures caller ID, a feature that was really appealing to him.
