was sent home with some really cool birthday favors from a friend’s 40th birthday party. Her husband shopped online and purchased a box of retro candy. My birthday favors even included candy cigarettes and candy lipstick.

My daughter has always really loved one of the birthday favors she got at a friends party that included a little wooden treasure chest. Her friend used hot glue to put jewels and treasures inside of it. The mini chest has become one of my daughter’s prize possessions.

Another one of my daughter’s friends had a chef party for her last birthday. She set up lots of mini cakes for her friends to decorate. The cakes ended up being birthday favors and they all took their respective cakes home. My daughter used so many colored sprinkles that I had to laugh out loud.

I threw a Spongebob Squarepants party for my stepson when he turned six. The birthday favors that I sent home with the kids included bubbles. All of the kids enjoyed the bubble machine that I had set up in the backyard. They had to run through bubbles as one of the elements in the obstacle course.
