after a wedding. They were practically giving them away. They also had tiny blue bottles of bubbles that I bought as favors.

I also found some really cute Blue’s Clue’s birthday decorations. She and her friends are always making fun of her little sister’s new found love of Blue’s Clue’s, so those birthday decorations were really an inside joke. They all laughed hysterically when they saw the big Blue’s Clue’s banner proclaiming Happy Birthday.

The garden center near our home had leftover blue Christmas lights at a deep discount. I purchased them because I thought they would be great with the blue birthday decorations. I put them all over the bushes in the back yard.

A blue ballerina decorated the top of my niece’s birthday cake. I found her when I was hunting through a sale table at the party store. I was also able to find blue latex balloons that day. I really was able to find a lot of blue birthday decorations.

I decided that the blue birthday decorations were complete after I bought a lot of blue silk remnants from the cloth store at the corner. I was able to put splashes of blue color all over the house. She loved it and has been contemplating a purple birthday for next year!
